Bylaw 8.2026 A Bylaw Respecting Buildings
Town Council completed their first reading of a proposed Model Building Bylaw at their July 14, 2026 Council Meeting.
This Bylaw aligns with the new standard for the updated Construction Codes Act and Building Standards legislation.
Town Council will be considering second and third readings of the Bylaw at their August 18, 2026 Council Meeting.
The original Bylaw can be found on the Town website, under “Government”- ‘Bylaws & Policies”.
