Town of Coronach
Escape the race
With an outdoor pool, two playgrounds, and putting greens within town limits, the Town of Coronach is the only place in Saskatchewan inviting you to “Escape the Race”.
Home of the Big Muddy Tours, the only guided excursion of the Big Muddy with exclusive access to protected historic locations.
Coronach is located in south-central Saskatchewan, Canada. Located only 19 kilometers (12 miles) northwest of the Ports of Coronach & Scobey Montana, it is easily accessible to major centers in Saskatchewan, Montana, and North Dakota. Agricultural, mining, and power generation are the major economic drivers for the regional economy.
The only guided excursion of the Big Muddy with exclusive access to historic locations. Hear stories of when the buffalo used to roam and outlaws escaped the law, all while experiencing the unique landscape of the Badlands.
Just north of the U.S. border, our warm, welcoming town in Saskatchewan’s Big Muddy Badlands may be named for a racehorse, but the pace here is beautifully relaxed. But don’t go thinking that relaxed atmosphere means nothing is going on. This is a place full of ambition and potential with a lot to offer the people who come to live, work, play or invest here.
