If you are interested in a property, please submit a proposal in writing to office@townofcoronach.ca and the proposal will be submitted at the next regular scheduled Council Meeting for consideration. Town Council could accept the offer, reject the offer, or counter an offer. Reasonable offers can be based off of current assessment value of the property.
