Are you in need of support and resources?
RE:CONNECT is Funded by the Ministry of Justice – Community Safety and Well-Being and delivered in partnership between 211 Saskatchewan and the counselling team at Family Service Regina.
RE:CONNECT is here to provide free, non-judgmental support, 24/7 to people experiencing stress from work, family, life, or past experiences.
When you call RE:CONNECT you will first speak with a service navigator who will determine the level of support you need. If you prefer to speak with a counsellor right away, the navigator will stay on the line and transfer you to the RE:CONNECT service which provides thirty minutes of personalized and caring support.
