Building Bylaw 8.2026
Please note upon submitting the Building Bylaw to the Building and Technical Standards Branch, there were some additional changes needed prior to Provincial approval. The Bylaw must be re-advertised and re-submitted for approval. Town Council will be considering the changes and readings at their November 10, 2026 Council Meeting. The Bylaw attached includes the changes made, which include deleting the development permit application from the Bylaw (Appendix A), one grammar correction (Section 7), and one correction for referencing a section (Appendix C).
Specifically, Appendix A & C, along with Section 7 were amended. These are the only amendments.
