Bylaw 5.2026 Extension of time for Financial statements 2025

This Bylaw is to extend the timeframe for the Town to submit their financials to the Provincial Government as our auditors are still finalizing our statements. If the Town’s financials are not complete by a certain timeframe, a Bylaw is required per legislation.

Town Council will be considering second and third readings of the Bylaw at their July 14, 2026 Council Meeting.
