NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the Town of Coronach for the year 2026 has been prepared, notices have been mailed as required, a bylaw pursuant to Section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed, and the roll is open for inspection at the Town Office, the office of the assessor, the following dates and times:
Monday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday, February 6, 2026 to March 30, 2026.
All fees must be submitted to the local accessor at the Town of Coronach. Any person who wishes to appeal against his or her assessment or classification to the Board of Revision is required to file his or her notice of appeal with:
Attn: Board of Revision Secretary, Nicolle Hoskins, Western Municipal Consulting, which can be sent electronically to: secretary@westernmunicipal.ca or via post/mail to Town of Coronach, Box 90, Coronach, SK S0H 0Z0 and forwarded to the Secretary of the Board of Revision by the 31st day of March, 2026.
Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the assessor at the Town of Coronach, Box 90, Coronach, SK S0H 0Z0. A notice of appeal, accompanied by a $100.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be submitted by the 31st day of March, 2026.
