Public Notice is hereby given that offers to purchase have been received for the Affected Lands listed below which are owned by the Town of Coronach. The offers received were less than the fair market value.
Affected Lands
The lands to which this notice relates to are:
120 Centre Street Lot 16, Block 1, Plan BV2817
149 Churchill Avenue Lots 15 & 16, Block 6, Plan CX350
Town of Coronach Council will consider these offers at the following Town Council meetings on October 13, 2026 (120 Centre Street) and at the November 10, 2026 Council meeting (149 Churchill Avenue).
Written comments, concerns, or other tenders must be submitted by 12:00p.m. on October 7, 2026, to the Town Office located at 212 1st Street East.
This Public Notice is in regulation of The Municipalities Act section 128 and Bylaw 3 of 2006 Public Notice Policy.
