New Coronach Hall important re-build for community

ASSINIBOIA – In any small town in Saskatchewan one of the most important buildings will be their local town hall, which is used for everything from weddings, funerals, town meetings to just plain fun events.
In the town of Coronach this was taken away Nov. 3, 2021, when fire broke out on the main floor bar area. A short in a receptacle in the bar area is suspected to be the cause. Extensive damage occurred to the main floor.
Residents of the town were not ready to see the end of their hall and the process of rebuilding was started. Through many hours of reconstruction completed by C&S Construction of Moose Jaw and the dedication of townfolk to help where they could, the Coronach Hall is once again the mainstay of the town with a new and bright future ahead.
