Bylaw 6.2026 Nuisance Abatement Bylaw
Please see the revisions Council completed that are highlighted in the attachment below. The highlighted sections that are not crossed out, are words that will be added to the Bylaw. Sections that are highlighted but crossed out, will be deleted from the final draft of the Bylaw. Council will be considering second and third readings at their October 13, 2026 6:00p.m. Council Meeting. If the public has any concerns, please provide them in writing by October 7, 2026 at 4:30p.m to the Town Office. If you would like to be added as a delegation to speak, please advise the Town Office in writing one week prior to the meeting. Thank you.
