Bylaw 6.2026 The Nuisance Abatement Bylaw

Changes include adding more items to the definition of nuisance, adding pallet, and recreational vehicle definition. Adding more information under unsightly and untidy section 9. Adding a pet wastes, fences, recreational campers, and pallet sections to the Bylaw. Council also modified the grass/weeds and recreational vehicle section at the July 14, 2026 Council meeting.

Town Council will be considering second and third readings of the Bylaw at their August 18, 2026 Council Meeting. If the public has any concerns please provide them in writing to office@townofcoronach.ca or in person via letter by August 11, 2026. Thank you.
